Warning, you might fall in love!
This hotel is a refreshing getaway! I loved the cleanliness of my room and the attentive staff who ensured I was comfortable. The remodeled lobby with a Starbucks was a gem, and breakfast was notably improved. Plus, the complimentary shuttle service to the Malecon made exploring easy! Can't wait to return.

The staff were very attentive, ensuring that my room was cleaned daily, except for the last day. However, the rates felt steep for the basic amenities offered, and the pool area could use some improvements. While the homemade tofu served was a delightful surprise, the overall experience left me feeling disappointed, especially given the high expectations set by other locations.

good location but slow breakfast service
The breakfast choices were diverse and tasty, though the wait for food could be lengthy. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay, adding a pleasant touch to our experience.
The service during breakfast caused a delay that disrupted our mornings.

The remodeled restaurant area was a lovely surprise, and my wife couldn't get enough of the Starbucks in the lobby! We really enjoyed lounging by the pool and exploring the fitness center during our downtime. One minor hiccup was the breakfast options, which felt a bit limited, but overall, we had a fantastic stay. 🌟

I loved staying at City Express in Puerto Vallarta. The room had an amazing mountain view and was super quiet. The bed felt fantastic—really comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day. The shower was refreshing, and I appreciated the darkening blinds that helped me sleep well. Breakfast included gluten-free options, which was a nice touch, even though it was a bit simple. Staff were generally accommodating, and I liked the convenience of having a Walmart nearby for snacks and drinks. However, the waterless flush urinals on the first floor made a bad smell, and it affected the whole floor. This certainly needs addressing. Also, it was a bummer that there were no coffee makers in the room and I couldn't access Netflix on the TV. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but these small improvements could make a big difference.

Clean and Comfortable Stay with Great Location
I enjoyed my stay as it provided a clean and quiet environment, perfect for relaxing after a hectic day of exploring Puerto Vallarta. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and shops. I loved being able to see the cruise ships from my window. However, I found the staff's communication could be improved, especially regarding room access.

Great location, great amenities, making it easy to explore the nearby mall and grab food just a minute away. Storage options were convenient since they allowed us to keep our bag in the fridge before check-in.
